Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656‑bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit. Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span and assess data reflective of the patient’s status to identify needs relative to age‑specific needs. Plan for the provision of patient care, including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards of Patient Care policies and procedures. Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Job Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Current Oklahoma RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ardent Health Services
