HR Assistant

Hawk Automotive Group is looking for an individual to join our HR/Payroll team as part- time. The Human Resources Assistant will assist to ensure that the HR operations are managed seamlessly and within compliance. This will include providing administrative support and maintaining all procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruiting assistance with online job postings, reviewing candidates, and scheduling job interviews Complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding process Assist in the off-boarding process Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws General administrative duties as needed REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience in HR role or relevant internship experience Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid organizational skills and mindfulness Time management skill with ability to meet deadlines Analytical problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus This is a part-time position with a possibility of becoming full time in the future in accordance with growth of the workforce and needs of HR Department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
