Join our team in Marshfield, WI, 54449, where accuracy and craftsmanship power every product we ship. You’ll own the machining process—from setup through final inspection—on CNC and manual equipment, ensuring every part meets print and performance requirements.
Your impact- Set up, operate, and prove out jobs on CNC and manual machines for high-quality part production.
- Translate engineering drawings and specifications into machining strategies and setups.
- Monitor operations, verify in-process dimensions, and fine-tune parameters to hold tolerance.
- Conduct routine machine care to keep equipment reliable and ready.
- Partner with teammates to problem-solve tooling, fixturing, and process issues.
- Uphold a safe, orderly work environment with strong housekeeping standards.
- Capture setup details and production data with clear, accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional machining education/certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC or manual machinist.
- Comprehensive understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
- Fluency reading blueprints and technical documentation.
- Skilled with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and drive for quality.
- Strong communication and a team-first approach.
