Machine Operator

Machine Operator position at a leading manufacturing organization located in Owen, WI. Location: Owen, WI. Pay: $24.20 per hour. Shift: 6 pm – 6 am, 2‑2‑3 schedule, with the ability to train on first‑shift hours. Responsibilities Safely set‑up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high‑quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions. Follow all safety policies, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
