Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/12/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, rotating\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Rotating, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 12, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced PACU RN for a high acuity, high volume unit requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience.Details\n \n Work in a high acuity, high volume PACU environment\n Day/night rotation with variable shift starts at 0700, 0800, 0900, 1000, 1100, and 1900\n Care for post-surgical patients including vascular (carotids/AAA repairs), general, thoracic (esophagectomy), gynecology, neuro (craniotomy for tumor, neurostimulators, modified radical neck with trach), orthopedic, kidney transplant, and Whipple procedures\n Manage ventricular drains; ICP monitoring patients are transferred directly to ICU\n Utilize art lines, central lines, vasoactive and sedative drips, chest tubes, and trach care\n Regularly board overnight ICU craniotomy, step-down, or med-surg patients\n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (NH or Compact) required\n BLS certification mandatory\n Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required\n Previous ICU and/or high acuity PACU experience preferred\n Additional Information\n \n Work in a fast-paced, controlled chaos environment during evening shifts\n Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-757811.
