Welding Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced welding supervisor to lead welding operations at our manufacturing facility in Sanford, Florida . This individual will oversee a team of 8–10 welders, ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, and play a key role in developing specialized welding processes and workforce capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the production floor, mentoring skilled trades professionals, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of 8–10 welders. Maintain welding quality standards and inspection procedures. Ensure compliance with safety and production requirements. Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues. Train and develop employees on specialized equipment and manufacturing processes. Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives. Qualifications: Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred. 5+ years of welding supervision or management experience. Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication, and quality systems. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
