Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA growing company is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Taunton, MA.Benefits once hired permanently include: matching 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and disabilityResponsibilities of Call Center Representative:-Assist customers through multiple medias on various customer requests and inquiries, following up as needed with updates and resolutions-Collect relevant information to identify and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies-Escalate issues as needed to correct departments for further research and assistance-Process customer orders, collect payments, and provide invormation to customers on product-Coordinate with multiple departments to provide optimum customer support-Complete monitoring, auditing, and reporting tasks daily-Perform and assist in other related tasks as neededRequirements of Call Center Representative:-Previous customer service experience- Experience with database-driven systems and dual monitors-Good computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office software-Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment-Superior attention to detail-good analytical and mathematical skills-Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally-Strong verbal and written communication-Great interpersonal skillsHours: 9:30am-6:00pm Monday-FridayPay Rate: $21.00-$24.00/hr\nCompany DescriptionThe Alpha Group is one of Massachusetts largest privately owned staffing firms.
