The state also features wineries, vineyards, and interactive centers, providing accessible options for recreation throughout the duration of an assignment. About the Clinician's Workday The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or call obligations. The case mix is approximately 70% oncology and 30% hematology, serving an adult and geriatric patient population; internal medicine cases are not included in this assignment. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required for this position.
