Provide ongoing training and mentor as needed.Maintain accurate records to follow federal and state legal requirements and pharmacy policies.Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.Perform additional duties and assignments as advised by management.Use multiple computer tools and programs to process prescriptions.Respond to incoming phone calls from veterinarians, technicians, and pet parents to provide efficient care to all patients.Complete medication count auditsCollaborate with a team of pharmacists and adapt to changing work assignments.Other duties as assignedWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)Active pharmacist license in the state of Arizona with license in good standing and other states and credentials as needed.Ability to lift at least 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and work in a variety of positions and locations such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and walking; for prolonged periods of timeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer services and attention to detailFlexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.Chewy is an equal opportunity employer.
