Rotating Weekends Required

• Pay Range: $30.04 – $41.50/hr.
• Night Differential: +$4/hr.
• Weekend Differential: +$4/hr.
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RN) to join a high-acuity Medical Surgical unit caring for adult patients with medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, nephrology, and post-surgical conditions.

This role offers strong clinical exposure and growth opportunities within a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient documentation

Qualifications

Required

• Active RN license or Compact RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience
  (Recent acute care experience not required)
• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required upon hire

Preferred

• Med/Surg or inpatient hospital experience
• Experience with Neuro, Ortho, or Trauma patients
