Responsibilities

• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred OR CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice), awaiting board examination, OR Level II fieldwork in hand therapy, with relevant continuing education, and 12 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT, OR New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy with a strong clinical interest in upper extremity rehabilitation and a commitment to pursuing advanced training and certification in hand therapy

Compensation: $90K - $120K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
