Chief Engineer, Facilities & Operations

Flow

Flow, a leading real estate and technology platform, is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee building and grounds maintenance across our multifamily and commercial properties in Miami. You will supervise projects, review contracts, conduct inspections, and maintain safety and cleanliness in line with policy. As Facilities Manager, you will set KPIs, drive operation improvements, manage budgets, coordinate internal and external teams, and mentor staff to uphold high standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Flow
