Hours:  Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/HR

Duties:

• Prepare work for assembly by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists.
• Gather and organize parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials needed for production.
• Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to engineering and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and components to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
• Verify product specifications by performing measurements and quality checks on completed assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications.
• Communicate production or material concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions or repair needs.
• Maintain inventory of assembly supplies and assist with stocking and material replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Qualifications: 

• 1–5 years of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, assembly procedures, and production documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify dimensions and product accuracy.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform complex assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to complete work accurately, efficiently, and with minimal defects or rework.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
