Job Summary

Unit Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care on assigned unit

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Unit Manager Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Pay Range: Is dependent upon Experience

Unit Manager Qualifications & Skills

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license

• Rehab Unit experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
