Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel LPN
Facility: LTC/SNF
Location: High Point, NC 27262
Term: contract 7-9 weeks
Shift: 7am – 3pm | 3pm – 11pm | 11pm – 7am (Five Days in a week includes every weekend)
Pay rate: $38/hr on W2
Travel Pay Package: $1600/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week
Start: TBD

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
