Compensation Details Hourly: $15.00 - $16.00. Commission Details Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell. Paid out bi‑weekly. Non‑Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass you sell. Paid out bi‑weekly. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers in an environment that includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
