Flexible NP: Health Evaluations
$2,500 - $4,000 per weekSignify Health
Signify Health is seeking board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct in-home health evaluations across the United States. You will engage one-on-one with individuals to assess their overall health and well-being, and identify barriers to care. With flexible hours, you can earn between $2,500 and $4,000 weekly and have the potential to increase your per-visit rate. Interested candidates must possess a relevant state license and preferably a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll.
