Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) specialty position in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting during night shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license to practice as a Registered Nurse on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Washington, District of Columbia
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia; BSN degree highly desired; at least 2 years of Medical Surgical Telemetry experience; 2 years of RN experience; Cerner electronic medical record experience; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN degree; previous experience with Cerner EMR; experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Additional Information: Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. The role involves performing patient assessments, initial and ongoing evaluations, and delivering patient-centered care in accordance with regulatory requirements and licensure standards.
