Marketing and Events Assistant

Crush City Innovations is hiring a motivated and outgoing Marketing and Events Assistant to support our growing team in Houston, TX. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for someone interested in event marketing, field marketing, customer engagement, client relations, brand representation, and professional sales support.

In this role, you will help execute in-person marketing campaigns that connect nationally recognized brands with customers, local businesses, business professionals, and community members throughout the Houston area. You will represent client products and services, build relationships, deliver engaging presentations, and help create positive brand experiences at scheduled events and outreach locations.

Our Marketing and Events Assistants work directly with people rather than managing digital-only campaigns. The position combines event coordination, face-to-face communication, campaign execution, lead generation, customer service, and relationship development.

Previous marketing or sales experience is helpful but not required. Crush City Innovations provides paid, hands-on training for candidates who are dependable, professional, willing to learn, and comfortable communicating with a variety of audiences.

Marketing and Events Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and daily execution of live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives throughout Houston.
• Represent client brands professionally while engaging with customers, business owners, decision-makers, and other professionals.
• Start conversations, identify customer or client needs, and explain relevant products, services, and promotional offers.
• Deliver clear one-on-one presentations and product demonstrations that make information easy to understand.
• Build positive relationships through personalized communication, professional follow-up, and attentive customer service.
• Assist with event preparation, campaign materials, display organization, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
• Generate interest, collect qualified lead information, and support customer enrollment or account-acquisition goals.
• Track customer interactions, campaign activity, leads, and performance results using company systems.
• Gather feedback from customers and professional clients to help improve future marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to strengthen campaign performance, brand awareness, and overall customer engagement.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should have:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is welcomed but not required.
• Reliable transportation to our Houston office and assigned event or outreach locations.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence communicating face-to-face with customers, local professionals, and business representatives.
• A dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work ethic.
• The ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Full-time availability and the ability to begin within the next two to three weeks preferred.
• Experience in marketing, event coordination, promotions, hospitality, customer service, brand representation, account support, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required.
