Information Security Analyst

Working remotely with occasional meetings in London, the full-time Information Security Analyst will monitor system security events, investigate incidents, and support compliance initiatives to protect the organization's information systems and data from cyber threats. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring system security events using current security technologies Investigate security incidents and respond appropriately to contain and mitigate threats Support vulnerability assessments and risk analyses to identify and remediate weaknesses Required Qualifications: BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent qualifications/experience 2+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT security roles Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption Familiarity with security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and CIS Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data privacy laws
