Workday Technical Consultant

Role Description

Azusa Solutions is seeking Workday Technical Lead (Integrations, Data or Reporting) to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with full-lifecycle implementations as a Lead or Solutions Architect in one or more of the following areas:
• Integrations & Development
  • Advanced experience designing, building, debugging, and maintaining end-to-end Workday integrations.
  • Deep expertise using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, and Document Transformation (DT).
  • Experience managing web services (SOAP, REST) and XML/XSLT transformations.
• Data Conversion & Migration
  • Proven track record of executing data migration workstreams from legacy systems into Workday.
  • Expert-level capability in data mapping, source-to-target data transformation, data scrubbing, and data validation.
  • Proficiency using advanced EIBs or mass data loading tools to execute clean production loads.
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics
  • Deep expertise creating complex, high-performance Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trend).
  • Sophisticated use of Calculated Fields to manipulate data for business intelligence or downstream consumption.
  • Experience with Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, or BIRT layout design is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in one or more areas listed above.
• 5+ full-cycle implementations completed.
• Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Workday Certified.

Requirements

• Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in Government implementations.
• Active Security Clearance.
• Local to the DC, Maryland, Northern VA (DMV) area.
