Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Broker Sales Representative to join.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive sales, leasing, auto brokerage, dealership sales, or customer relationship management who knows how to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate deals, and close customers.

You will assist customers with purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles while developing your own book of business through referrals, networking, social media, and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Generate new automotive sales and leasing customers
• Follow up with company-provided and self-generated leads
• Understand customers' vehicle preferences, budgets, and financing needs
• Locate vehicles through dealership and industry networks
• Present purchase and lease options to customers
• Negotiate pricing and structure deals
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, lenders, and industry contacts
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Prospect through phone, text, email, social media, networking, and local outreach
• Maintain accurate customer and deal records in the CRM
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
• Provide excellent customer service from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery

Qualifications

• Automotive sales, dealership, leasing, or auto broker experience preferred
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
• Strong follow-up and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers
• Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing is a plus
• Existing customer network or book of business is a strong plus
• Bilingual Chinese candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Competitive Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses

High-performing sales representatives will have significant earning potential based on individual production.
