• BLS required; NRP preferred
• Previous postpartum or mother-baby experience preferred
• Strong assessment and family education skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced maternal-child environment

• Provide postpartum care to mothers and newborns
• Perform maternal and newborn assessments and monitoring
• Assist with breastfeeding support and newborn care education
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor recovery and identify complications
• Educate families on postpartum and infant care
• Collaborate with OB, pediatric, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care and patient status in the EMR
