Tiger Fire Protection recently joined the Impact Fire Services team and is a subsidiary company to Impact Fire Services. We specialize in fire sprinkler consulting, design, installation, service & inspections and cover the Tulsa, Oklahoma market as well as the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing the best service for the best price. Establishing excellent customer rapport & satisfaction is our number one goal.

This position will be out of our Tulsa, Oklahoma office

The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician is to deliver quality products and services which meet or exceed the customer's and industry standards, and to achieve customer satisfaction through a unified commitment to job competency and unsurpassed service.

Job Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician/ Inspector/ Service Person who is looking for an opportunity for advancement and willing to work in the field.

• Candidates should have a good working knowledge of troubleshooting, NFPA 25 inspections, NFPA 13 code references, &/or repairing of fire sprinkler systems.

• Tests alarms, valves, switches & other fire suppression equipment as assigned.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Mechanical skills & aptitude.

• Demonstrate problem solving skills.

• Represent the company in a professional, credible manner in speech, written communication & appearance.

• Proficient computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, Inspect Point.

• Generates testing reports for the client.

• Conducts service calls & makes repairs as assigned.

• Performs smaller installations & upfits as directed.

• Responsible to follow safety protocols of the company.

• Responsible for the maintenance of assigned vehicle.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years related fire sprinkler experience.

• OSHA Safety Training (Preferred).

• Ability to take direction & work as part of a team.

Licensing:

• Oklahoma Fire Sprinkler Technician & Inspector License.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
