SEBASS Events is seeking a highly-motivated Event Producer to join our team. This is a full time position located at our West Palm Beach, FL OR Stamford, CT Warehouse/Office . In order to produce dynamic, exceptional events for our clients, we require an Event Producer to coordinate event needs from initial client outreach through post-show. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Handle incoming inquiries and communications from leads, clients and vendors Coordinate event elements and logistics as assigned, including but not limited to: lodging, talent, equipment/rentals, transportation, decor, etc. Maintain knowledge of SEBASS available decor and technical equipment offerings Collect pricing on materials, items, rentals and similar for client proposals Assist in executing vendor and third-party contracts on behalf of clients Ensure each assigned event is prepped, packed and staffed correctly Arrive promptly for event call times for setup, runthrough, show and strike needs Be or assist the onsite point of contact for the client to ensure a seamless execution: Prioritize building excellent client and vendor relationships Oversee setup, breakdown, run of show and onsite staff Liaise with venue contact(s), talent management and third party vendors Communicate and apply any last minute needs/changes, when applicable Collect and provide post-event feedback regarding/from the client, staff and vendor(s) POSITION REQUIREMENTS 5 years experience working in event sales, marketing, operations, production or similar Experience in live or special events in a producer or management capacity Ability to simultaneously prioritize and manage time-sensitive details across multiple events Positive relationship management experience with clients, direct reports, and/or contractors Strong research skills to find quality but cost effective venues, materials, rentals, etc. Working knowledge of the West Palm Beach FL, New York City and tri-state area event venues, vendors, etc. Ability to travel; 70% Primary Office / 30% Secondary Office + Destination Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends Reliable transportation to and from the office, warehouse and job sites Willingness to adapt to company technologies and processes WHO YOU ARE Detail-oriented by nature, with an ability to multitask and adhere to multiple deadlines Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys learning to anticipate needs and apply problem-solving skills when necessary Punctual and professional, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment WHAT WE OFFER Based in West Palm Beach, Florida OR Stamford, CT Immediate Application and Interview Competitive Hourly Pay / PTO / Holidays Company Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
