Welder Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour Location: Libby/Local Manufacturing Company Schedule: Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Welder for a local company. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with MIG and TIG welding experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of weldments and custom, one-off fabrication projects. Fabricate components using tube, sheet metal, angle iron, and other materials. Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints to complete projects accurately. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Work independently while contributing to overall team goals and project deadlines. Utilize shop tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Qualifications 2-5+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience. Ability to read and interpret CAD blueprints and welding drawings. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, raw materials, production methods, and shop tools. Flexible mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and meeting project deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High School Diploma or GED required. Understanding of company core values and commitment to applying them in daily work activities. Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis. Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to sit.
