As a Solid Waste Collector, you will be an essential part of a large team responsible for safely and efficiently collecting residential waste using garbage trucks. Your role supports community health and environmental standards through consistent daily operations without seasonal fluctuations in workload.
Responsibilities
- Collect residential waste safely and efficiently using garbage trucks
- Adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards
- Coordinate effectively within a large team of 4 or more members
- Maintain awareness of environmental best practices in waste handling
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in waste collection or waste management
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
