As a Maintenance Technician, you keep our sites running at peak performance through expert troubleshooting, disciplined preventive maintenance, and a proactive mindset that catches problems before they ever cause downtime. WhatYou’llBring to the Team Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems hands‑on Proactive mindset — you surface issues before they accelerate and prioritize prevention over reaction Strong documentation habits — you close work orders and update logs accurately every time Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and accurately Reliable and responsive — available for on‑call and after‑hours emergencies Willingness to travel between sites as needed Experience with 3‑phase motors, PLCs, VFDs, or relay logic is a strong plus CMMS background is a plus Ability to weld, fabricate, or dismantle equipment is a plus. Valid driver's license required WhatYou’llBe Doing Keep the operation running - Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, replace defective parts, align components, and use hand and power tools with precision and safety. Prevent before you repair - Execute preventive maintenance proactively — you anticipate failure points before they become outages. Reactive‑only isn’t good enough here. Troubleshoot with curiosity - Apply systematic problem-solving to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You understand how things work — and you use that understanding to find better solutions. Document everything - Close out work orders, update CMMS logs accurately, and red‑line drawings. Your documentation protects the sites after you leave. Elevate the team - Train site staff on proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair techniques. You share what you know. Support site launches - Assist with new site installations and equipment launches for smooth start‑up and optimal performance. Stay available - Respond to after‑hours emergencies and on‑call needs — when the site needs you, you show up. Job Knowledge & Technical Proficiency — Understands job responsibilities, products, and tools needed to perform work accurately. Problem‑Solving — Addresses routine challenges, makes sound day‑to‑day decisions, and asks for help when needed. Safety & Compliance — Follows safety procedures, uses equipment correctly, and speaks up about hazards. Drives Results — Completes tasks reliably, stays focused on priorities, and takes responsibility for individual performance — tasks are done fully and correctly. Team Collaboration — Works well with teammates, communicates openly, and contributes to a supportive team environment.
