REMOTE MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER -called Automate LO

We are seeking licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who want to grow income and relationships without spending their days processing files, chasing routine updates, or trying to master every program and operational step on their own. This opportunity can fit experienced full-time LOs, part-time originators, and professionals seeking a more flexible production schedule.

 

In today's mortgage market, the LOs who thrive are the ones who devote their time to contacts, referral relationships, and new business. You build the relationship. Our team helps manage the loan journey.

What You Can Expect

· No processing responsibility. You will not be asked to process your own files.

· A single point of contact. Mike or Tracey will review the file with you, understand the scenario, and remain your primary contact.

· Active file management. We do not allow viable loans to sit unattended or get pushed to the back burner.

· Problem-solving support. When an unexpected issue arises, our team works quickly to identify practical options and a path forward.

· Condition support. At your direction, our team can contact the borrower to help gather outstanding conditions.

· Credit expertise. We help identify credit-improvement opportunities that may strengthen a client's loan options.

· Marketing support with AI options. Our loan officers have access to a marketing platform with AI-enabled tools, which will be reviewed during a confidential conversation.

Broad Product Knowledge—Without the Learning Curve

You do not need to become an expert in every guideline, investor overlay, or processing step before you can generate business. Our team is experienced with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA lending, along with an extensive network of Non-QM options. We evaluate the file, identify competitive solutions, and help place it on the strongest available track for the borrower.
