Registered & Licensed Vocational Nurses (RNs & LVNs) for Pediatric Private Duty Nursing

We are currently hiring skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide private duty nursing services in San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care in a home setting. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing your clinical and cognitive skills to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have broad nursing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, parents, and Adaptive Health Services staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting and/or adult skilled visits, including IV therapy.
• Develop and implement care plans to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management and home care practices.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, healthcare team members, and other professionals.

Job Requirements

• Current CPR Certification
• Active/Valid Texas Nursing License as an LVN or RN
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience
• Trach and Ventilator experience a plus (willing to train)
• Home care experience preferred
