Serenity Smiles Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro! At Serenity Smiles Dental Care, we are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a calm and welcoming environment. We proudly serve patients of all backgrounds, including those with dental anxiety, Medicaid, and Medicare patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform coronal polishing under the supervision of the dentist.
• Assist with patient care and chairside procedures.
• Take digital radiographs.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories.
• Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist with scheduling flow and maintaining clinical efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee RDA license required.
• Coronal polishing certification required.
• Minimum 6 months dental assisting experience required.
• X-ray certification preferred.
• Strong communication and patient rapport skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
