Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC (2026-27) JobID: 8896 Position Type: Maintenance/Operations/ Maintenance Mechanic/HVAC HVAC technical training, apprenticeship, certification, and equivalent experience. Experience with Building Automation Systems, DDC controls, or HVAC control systems preferred. Understanding of HVAC electrical systems, control circuits, sensors, actuators, and low-voltage controls. Ability to read HVAC control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation. Experience with BAS platforms, controllers, or protocols such as BACnet and Modbus is a plus. EPA Section 608 certification required for technicians who handle regulated refrigerants.
