Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing caregiving team in Johnston, Iowa. The CNA will provide quality in-home care and assist clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Maintain accurate daily care documentation
• Follow all care plans and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Active Iowa CNA certification required
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

Pay

$17-$19 per hour based on experience, availability, and certifications.

Schedule
