Tax ManagerA seasoned tax professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements. Lead tax planning, consulting, and compliance work while mentoring staff and serving as the primary client contact. Hiring immediately to support the expanding Warrendale, PA market. Warrendale, Pennsylvania on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in office). To strengthen a high-performing tax practice through leadership, innovation, and superior client service. Competitive compensation supported by a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package.The Tax Manager will lead multiple client engagements, review complex tax returns, deliver strategic tax planning, and support staff development while maintaining and enhancing strong client relationships across a wide range of industries and entity types.Manage multiple tax engagements, providing strategic planning, consulting, and compliance guidance. Prepare and review complex returns for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. Review staff work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with managers and partners to maintain and grow client relationships. Mentor and coach tax staff at various levels. Resolve technical tax issues and respond to inquiries from the IRS and state tax authorities. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables. Identify additional client needs and introduce relevant firm services.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Active CPA license required. 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience. Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax authority standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Proficiency with tax software and strong overall technical skills.
