We are a busy custom cabinet shop seeking a Finisher to apply high-quality custom finishes to our wood products. This role involves manual finishing methods such as staining, spraying, and sanding to enhance the appearance and durability of cabinetry. Candidates will work independently, managing weekly project assignments to meet our craftsmanship standards.
Responsibilities
- Apply stains and finishes to wood products with precision
- Perform sanding to prepare surfaces for finishing
- Spray finishing materials evenly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure quality control standards are met on all finishes
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in wood finishing
- Knowledge of wood staining techniques
- Familiarity with spray finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
