Part-Time Dental Assistant

Role Overview A full-time Dental Assistant provides compassionate chair-side support, including charting, patient education, taking X-rays, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean, efficient operatory. They assist dentists and hygienists, help manage patient flow, prepare lab cases, and handle simple treatment presentations and chairside payments. Responsibilities Support team with patient care, maintain a welcoming environment, ensure equipment sterilization, track lab cases, and keep the workflow smooth. Show empathy, help wherever needed, and foster a positive atmosphere. Qualifications & Skills Dental Assistant certification (or in progress), X-ray certification (or ability to obtain), high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably coronal polishing and nitrous oxide certifications.
