Tire Technician in Gorham - IMMEDIATE NEED!
Join the team as a Commercial Tire Technician! This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent long-term potential . You'll have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, work with a great team, and grow into a permanent role with a stable and reputable company.
You'll keep trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles rolling safely by mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing tires while delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Mount, balance, repair, and replace commercial tires
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Perform alignments and recommend solutions to customers
- Work directly with customers and teammates to keep vehicles road-ready
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license (motor vehicle background check required)
- Tire or automotive experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
