Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to holiday work expectations — if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work those holidays; if three fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two
• Complete all orientation modules as assigned, including specialty-specific modules, during the orientation period
• Maintain full compliance with onboarding requirements, with core items and labs completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Georgia or a valid Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no RTO or schedule requests can be made post-offer or on-site, and no RTO is permitted during orientation week; maximum RTO is 7 days per contract
• Full compliance documentation must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to the start date
• Travelers who were previously canceled or placed on a facility Do Not Return list must complete one assignment elsewhere before reapplying
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience working in a high-volume or Level II/III Emergency Department
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance and onboarding processes
