Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct culturally sensitive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

  • In-depth knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and mastery of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that reflect cultural competence.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy that resonates with the diverse needs of patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
