Sourcing Manager - Indirect Procurement

Interim Strategic Sourcing Manager
Insight Global is seeking an Interim Strategic Sourcing Manager to support the IT Procurement team of a Big 4 professional services organization. This individual will lead strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives across enterprise technology spend, including hardware, software, SaaS, and value-added reseller (VAR) partnerships. This role requires a strong background in indirect procurement with a heavy emphasis on contract management, commercial negotiations, and vendor engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with Legal, IT stakeholders, and suppliers to navigate complex contractual agreements, drive negotiations, manage renewals, and ensure timely execution throughout the contract lifecycle. Key areas of focus include:
- IT hardware procurement (laptops, peripherals, accessories, and related technology products)
- Software and SaaS sourcing
- Vendor and supplier relationship management
- Contract review, negotiation, and execution
- MSA, SOW, amendment, and renewal management
- Partnership with Legal and business stakeholders
- Procurement process and compliance adherence
- Strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives
The ideal candidate brings experience supporting enterprise-scale procurement organizations and has a proven track record managing technology contracts from initial sourcing through signature and implementation.
