Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone calls, faxes, chat and e-mails Place orders, handle refunds and set up warranty replacements Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products and pricing Help customers navigate the company’s websites and place online orders Assist customers with order status questions, resolving returns, shipping inquiries and disputes Take payment information and other pertinent order information such as addresses and phone numbers Document call and e-mail information according to standard operating procedures Requirements for Customer Service Representative: Excellent customer service and sales skills Able to handle large volumes of phone calls (inbound and outbound) Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Proficient in computer applications Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices Good verbal and written communication skills Good phone and listening skills Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and within a team Good time management skills Able to type 30+ WPM Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
