We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care.
This position requires 25% in-person attendance. The remainder can be performed remotely.
You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BTs
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements

Active BCBA certification
Active Maryland LBA
