The Recruiter plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community. The recruiter frequently visits and meets with local community area CNA schools, churches, senior centers, etc. to speak on our employment opportunities and what makes Right at Home “Employer of Choice” in the home care industry. This is a hybrid position with the majority of the workweek spent on-site in Forest Hill, MD.

• Increases caregiver hires, develops a productive recruitment pipeline, and differentiates Right at Home in the employment market.

• Makes outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and works to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals.

• Facilitates the hiring process for candidates in the talent pipeline and collaborates with the Office Manager and Scheduler to retain care staff. Attends off-site job fairs.

• Conveys a strong need to win, does not give up, and is energized by developing and meeting recruitment goals.

• The ideal Recruiter has a successful sales track record in recruitment and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.

Requirements:

• Driver's License and car insurance

• Able to pass background screening

• Marketing experience and skills – A MUST

• Knowledge of social media marketing – A MUST

• Knowledge of healthcare/medical urgency – A MUST

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.

• Recruiters are able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
