Intake Operator I

Job Title & Location Intake Operator I, Orange County / Deerfield, IL Responsibilities Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards. Follow all work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements. Comply with iRhythm’s policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces. Perform good recycling practices. Receive and process the Patch device (includes de‑kitting and verification of patient information). Upload data from the Patch device to iRhythm’s proprietary software tools. Meet deadlines, goals, and objectives. Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns as applicable. Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement. Support problem‑solving small group activities. Soft Skills Teamwork – work together to achieve quality results for patients and customers. Dependability and reliability – deliver results on time, convey urgency, and drive issues to closure. Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, or walking for prolonged periods; lifting/moving up to 30 pounds; repetitive motion at moderate to fast pace of upper torso, hands, arms, and wrists. Experience & Qualifications High school education or equivalent preferred. Minimum three months related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment preferred. Computer proficiency required; data entry experience preferred. Ability to work in a team environment, supporting organization goals. Good time management skills; flexibility in work assignments.
