Warehouse Material Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Material Handler to join our warehouse team. The Material Handler is responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse while supporting production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physical tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to work instructions.
• Maintain inventory by organizing and storing materials in designated locations.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying quantities.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and palletize finished products.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials are free of damage.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following 5S standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to maintain workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
