The rankings are based on an extensive analysis of clinical and operational data collected from the hospitals, a reputation survey of Board Certified Pediatric specialists and information from sources such as the National Cancer Institute. The Division of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at CHAM is seeking 2 Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Pulmonologists at the Assistant/Associate and Professor level, on either the Clinician-Educator or Physician-Scientist track. We have active Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Fellowship Programs, and in addition offer a well-equipped Bronchoscopy facility, PFT laboratory including cardio-pulmonary exercise stress testing and a 4 bed Sleep laboratory. Our division provides multidisciplinary services including Asthma Center, Technology Dependent Center, Sleep Center, Aero-digestive Center, BPD clinic, Neuromuscular clinic and a new Interstitial Lung Disease Program as part of the Childhood Interstitial Lung Disease Research Network. We are also in the planning process of a new Lung Transplant Center. In addition, there are several academic opportunities for clinical and translation research, quality improvement projects, education and teaching of Fellows, Residents and Medical Students.
