In this role, you will provide comprehensive outpatient Physical Therapy services, including evaluation, development of individualized plans of care, implementation of therapeutic interventions, and coordination with referring providers. Typical caseloads include general orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine conditions, and balance or gait impairments. You will have the opportunity to work with motivated patients who are focused on returning to work, sport, or everyday activities. A typical day may include a mix of new patient evaluations and follow-up treatments, with appointment schedules designed to allow meaningful one-on-one interaction, detailed documentation, and regular progress assessments. You will utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education, tailoring interventions to each patient’s goals and functional needs.
