Job Duties:This position covers the leave events for up to 5 units. Receive and audit health care provider statements, key time for employee out on leave. Ensure the employee is in the proper leave. communicate with the unit HR, Supervisors of employees and employees on leave to ensure all have been informed of benefits You'd be a GOOD fit if:You are organized, are self-motivated to complete tasks, have strong time management skills, and are compassionate.You'd be a GREAT fit if:A great human resource (HR) specialist over leaves combines high empathy and sharp organizational skills to manage employee absences smoothly.
