Location: Brevard County, Florida – This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work closely with clients through in-person meetings and collaborate with a supportive legal team. Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3+ years of trust and estates experience with the ability to independently manage estate planning matters from initial consultation through final execution. Job Description Meet directly with clients to advise on comprehensive estate planning strategies. Manage estate planning matters from consultation through final execution. Review estate planning documents prepared by experienced paralegals. Guide clients through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related planning documents. Provide ongoing legal advice and answer client questions throughout the planning process. Handle probate matters from start to finish as needed. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure outstanding client service. Mentor and oversee support staff throughout the estate planning process. Participate in business development and community relationship building when opportunities arise. Qualifications Active Florida Bar license. 3+ years of trust and estates experience. Ability to independently handle estate planning matters from start to finish. Strong client consultation and communication skills. Comfortable meeting with approximately 10 to 12 clients per week. Experience supervising or working closely with paralegals. Probate administration experience is strongly preferred. Candidates from solo practice are encouraged to apply if open to collaborative processes. Trust company in-house experience may also be considered.
