Visit us here to find out more about Accenture's Oracle practice: The WorkAs an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reportsThis is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring Locations are Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX or Tampa FL.Here’s what you need:At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modulesBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
